  I'm a 56-year-old woman with horrible knees. I was seeing a doctor in Oxnard for 2 years and he kept changing what procedure I should have. Part of this was during The pandemic. My left knee was the worst. It got so bad I was willing to have an amputation or find a new doctor. I decided on the latter. I found DR.BURGE. Dr.Burge has an outstanding bedside manner. He explained everything in a way I could understand. My son and I watched his seminar and it was very thorough and Dr. Burge answered all the questions everyone had at the end. He was very knowledgeable about past and present procedures and gave comparisons to what we would expect and what is better with his procedure. I was able to leave the hospital the same day and was in communication with his staff during the healing process. From the start of the procedure, it took about 5 weeks to be able to walk normally. I have a minimal scar considering a total knee replacement. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a full or partial knee replacement to take in consideration Dr. Burge. He is an excellent and very knowledgable doctor who's bedside manner is just as good.
